Telesafe guarantee program

Telesafe products and cabling system are subject to a beneficial customer guarantee program. The guarantees may be divided into 2 groups:

1. A 15-year product guarantee covering malfunctioning of all products as stand-alone units.
2. A 3-level program for either mix and match cabling solutions or a comprehensive cabling system.
   • Channel and link, class D and E based on tests carried out in the Telesafe laboratory in cooperation with a cable manufacturer. Cable and Telesafe products are specified by our distributors.
   • Channel and link, class D and E based on tests carried out by an independent laboratory (e,g, 3P) in cooperation with a cable manufacturer. Cable and Telesafe products are specified by our distributors. A test certificate will be available from the test laboratory.
   • The Telesafe Cabling System, TCS, a branded cabling system supplied and supported by our Swedish distribution company, EIT (European Innovation Technologies), comprising a full set of certificates, documentation, authorisations and training programs.
